How do you ship Gelato?

We pack our pints in a cooler and seal it with dry ice to ensure your goods stay frozen until you’re ready to enjoy.

How much does shipping cost?

For our frozen products, we offer flat rate shipping of $20 to most cities across Canada. Shipping on our cool stuff (non frozen goods) is free!

Is there a minimum purchase?

We require a minimum purchase of 6 pints, or 2 packs of single serves, but you can top up on as many additional items as you’d like—the limit does not exist!

Tastes off

I love the Dairy Free Strawberry Rhubarb Sorbetto flavour and was excited to see Dairy Free Chocolate on sale at The Superstore so purchased a container. I should have read the entire ingredient list as I think (and this could be my tastebuds) but it tastes a tad rancid. Perhaps, due to sunflower oil is an ingredient? I will not be purchasing this variety again but will try their other fruit flavours that are made without oil.

Best Gelato and AMAZING service!

I live in a rural community in Ontario. I’m a caterer and use the few Righteous products we can get here all the time. I found on their website you can get home delivery so I ordered some products I can’t get here. The customer service was great. We had to switch out one seasonal option that was not available and the rep who called was knowledgeable about other products available. The gelatos and sorbeto arrived uniquely packed and frozen solid. Very impressive and highly recommend!
