How do you ship Gelato?

We pack our pints in a cooler and seal it with dry ice to ensure your goods stay frozen until you’re ready to enjoy.

How much does shipping cost?

For our frozen products, we offer flat rate shipping of $20 to most cities across Canada. Shipping on our cool stuff (non frozen goods) is free!

Is there a minimum purchase?

We require a minimum purchase of 6 pints, or 2 packs of single serves, but you can top up on as many additional items as you’d like—the limit does not exist!

delicious!!!!!

out of all the dairy-free ice cream/gelatos ive tried, this is by far my favourite. Not too sweet, yet not too butter either. Yes, it doesn’t taste like dairy ice cream, but I think that’s to be expected. Plus, there’s only a few ingredients, so I can be sure I know what I’m eating. Overall I really like this flavour and I’d love to try others!!

Too watery!

I read the ingredient list and I was pleased. Exactly what I was looking for. The disappointment was when tasting it! I could feel and taste the crystalidez water. Just in case the ice cream defrosted and refreezed during transport or at the supermarket, I gave it another try: I mixed the ice cream with a spoon until the consistency of mousse. No improvement. In summary, too much water in the recipe!
