How long is the experience?

  • Tour & Tasting: ~45–60 minute
  • Gelato Academy: ~2 hours

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes! All experiences must be booked in advance through our website.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

We offer both gelato and dairy-free sorbetto options. If you have specific dietary needs or allergies, please let us know ahead of time and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Are the gelato batches made during classes nut-free or gluten-free?

Our class batches are made in our test kitchen, which is separate from our main factory and used for recipe development, including ingredients like nuts and gluten. Because of this, we can’t guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

If you or someone in your group has a severe allergy, we recommend reaching out ahead of your visit so we can help guide the best experience

What should I wear?

For our Tour & Tasting, wear whatever you’re comfortable in, no hands-on, just good times and great flavours.

For our Gelato Academy experiences, closed-toe shoes are required (gelato is fun, but safety first). We also recommend wearing something comfortable, you’ll be getting hands-on and things might get a little deliciously messy.

Can I purchase additional products during my visit?

Absolutely. All guests receive 15% off purchases in our café during their visit. So stock up, baby!
