All of our gelato, sorbetto, and Sorbetto Bars are made with the best quality ingredients we can get our hands on—it’s what makes every scoop and every bite taste so good! We never use artificial flavours or colours and, aside from the natural sugars found in fruit, everything we make is only sweetened with pure cane sugar. None of our products contain corn syrup or mono and diglycerides. Instead, we use a stabilizer that comes from plants.
Dedicated to better standards
We are conscious of our impact on the global environment and source as locally as possible in order to contribute to a more mindful way of doing business and to strengthen our surrounding economy. That means milk from our own backyard, fruit from places who care, sugar from a cane—nothing GMO. We have a robust sourcing and vendor approval program based on predefined acceptance criteria to maintain our high standards. All of our sorbettos are Non-GMO Project Verified.
